Mother-to-mother support is the heart of La Leche League. No book on breastfeeding can equal talking to experienced nursing mothers and seeing their happy babies. At La Leche League Meetings, mothers find a continuing source of information, inspiration and support.

La Leche League Leaders guide discussion at the meetings and answer questions from the group or individually. The next meeting, "The Art of Breastfeeding and Avoiding Difficulties" is the third in our series of four.

All babies and children are welcome, however germs are not. If you are unable to attend due to illness but still need help, please contact one of our Leaders listed on our website.
